Support That Meets You Where You Are

Therapy for Black Professionals, Couples, High Achievers & Cycle Breakers

I help Black professionals, couples, high achievers, femmes, trans, non-binary, and other historically marginalized clients navigate anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, relationship stress, imposter syndrome, survivor's guilt, family pressure, and the emotional exhaustion that can come from constantly being "the strong one." Together, we create a supportive space to unpack what you've been carrying, heal survival-based patterns, strengthen relationships, build healthier boundaries, and develop greater self-compassion. My goal is to help you move beyond simply surviving success so you can experience more peace, connection, confidence, and emotional balance in your daily life.

Meet Mary Jo

You know the weight of being the first — first to graduate, first to build a career, first to buy a home, first to create the kind of success your family hoped for but may not have had access to themselves. From the outside, it can look like you have everything together. Internally, though, many high achievers are carrying anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, and the pressure to never fall apart.

I see how much you carry every day. You do not have to navigate it alone. You deserve support that honors both your strength and your humanity — care that meets you where you are, not where others assume you should be because of your accomplishments.
